Venues include CrowdSnap in their wedding packages. We send the venue permanent QR table cards and signs that open whichever wedding is happening that day. The venue adds each wedding in about a minute; guests scan and share from their phone, and the couple gets the full gallery the next day.

No. CrowdSnap works entirely in the browser. Guests scan the QR code and can immediately start taking and uploading photos. No app download, no sign-up required.

How much does CrowdSnap cost a venue?

Accepted Answer

$199 per wedding, charged when the venue adds the wedding. The venue sets its own package price — most list it at $299–399 — and keeps the difference. There's no monthly fee.

Is it free to join as a venue partner?

Yes. There are no monthly fees or setup costs, and the venue's QR table cards, frames and signs are free. Venues pay only for the weddings they add.

Are the QR table cards included?

Yes. Each venue gets permanent QR table cards in gold frames plus signs for the bar and entrance, free. The signs work for every wedding at the venue, so nothing is printed per wedding.

When does the couple get their photos?

The gallery opens at 9 AM the morning after the wedding, in the venue's timezone, and the couple and guests are emailed a link to view and download every photo later that day.

Can I customize the QR code with my venue branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Venues choose their colors, font, decoration and wording for their table cards and signs, and can print table numbers on the cards too.
